Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering
- Sound knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and technical troubleshooting
- Basic networking and cyber security awareness (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, secure access)
- Working knowledge of databases and basic programming concepts; familiarity with website CMS is an advantage
- Knowledge of system backup procedures and disaster recovery concepts
- Prior experience in Insurance IT systems or core application support will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to Head Office and Branch Offices
- Assist in supporting Insurance Core Application (Policy, Claims, Premium modules)
- Generate basic MIS and reports from system/database under guidance
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues
- Assist in server monitoring, backup verification and system maintenance
- Coordinate with software vendors for issue resolution
- Maintain IT inventory and office equipment setup
